Terms & Conditions

  In order to secure your booking a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is payable.

Once the deposit is paid we will send you written receipt of your deposit and formally confirm your booking.

The balance will be payable no later than 14 days prior to the date of your event. Failure to pay the balance could result in cancellation and we will reserve the right to withdraw our services. 

Once the balance is paid we will provide written receipt for your records.

In the event our services are withdrawn due to failure on your part to make payment we will retain any deposit paid – no refund will be provided. 

On the day of event you must ensure the venue are able to provide access to the site to enable us to set up and prepare for the event. We would be happy to liaise with the venue owners to ensure accessibility on the day, please provide full contact details for the venue owner / management of any event planner working on your behalf.

Oink do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage including pecuniary loss, for circumstances beyond its control that arise from the actions of the venue owners, event planners, other vendors and any other party which is not part of Oink BBQ Ltd which may result in the disruption to or cancellation of your event. In the circumstances however we will do our best to accommodate a change of location / venue. 

In the event that you wish to cancel your booking we will require notice in writing no less than 90 days of the date of your event. Any cancellations within the 90-day period will be considered in special circumstances. No refund of any deposit will be provided and will be retained by Oink BBQ Ltd.

If you need to change your event date that you must contact us at the earliest opportunity in order for us to confirm our availability for an alternative date – please note that any change will be subject to our availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

We ask that you and your guests respect us and our staff in the provision of providing you catering services to ensure your event runs smoothly. We will not tolerate harassment or abusive behaviour toward any of our staff. Any problems will be addressed by the Owners of Management of catering staff with the persons named on the booking.

A Menu detailing the dishes and food required will be agreed between the parties. Any changes you wish to make will need to be formally requested. Please note that any changes will need to subject to the original cost noted on the Order Invoice and additional items or requirements to that which was noted on the agreed Menu and Order Invoice may be subject to an additional charge. We will be happy to accommodate all or any changes to the menu wherever possible.

You must inform Oink at the time of booking and / or as soon as possible if you are aware of any quests which may suffer from any allergies including details of any allergens to which exposure could cause harm so we can ensure our products do not contain any ingredients which may cause a reaction and where necessary we can provide details of any allergens for you to make your guests aware for the event.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and your event is important to us. We aim to provide top quality service to all our clients and conduct ourselves professionally and do our best to accommodate your event. If, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to commit to your booking for reasons for which we are solely responsible we will provide you with a full refund of your booking including any deposit which you have paid to Oink BBQ Ltd.
