By booking with Oink BBQ or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully.
1. General Terms
- Oink BBQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
- All prices are listed in Sterling GBP (£).
- Orders and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
- Once the deposit is received, we will issue a written receipt and formally confirm your event.
- The balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your event. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
- If full payment is not made, Oink BBQ reserves the right to withdraw its services with no liability for refund.
- In the event you need to cancel, notice in writing is required no less than 90 days before the event. Cancellations within this timeframe will be considered only in special circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable.
- If you need to change your event date, please contact us as early as possible. All changes are subject to our availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- On the event day, the venue must be accessible for setup and preparation. We’re happy to liaise with venue owners or planners to coordinate access. Please provide full contact details.
- We are not liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by third parties (venue owners, planners, vendors, etc.). We will, however, make every effort to accommodate a change in venue if necessary.
- Any form of harassment or abusive behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. Any issues will be handled directly with the person(s) listed on the booking.
3. Menu & Allergies
- A custom menu will be agreed upon in advance. Any menu changes must be requested formally and may incur additional charges.
- You must inform Oink BBQ of any guest allergies or dietary concerns at the time of booking or as soon as possible. We take allergen management seriously and will provide details of known allergens in our dishes.
- While we will make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled more than 90 days before the event will still forfeit the deposit.
- Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- If we are unable to fulfill your event due to reasons solely attributable to Oink BBQ, a full refund including your deposit will be issued.
5. Delivery Information
- Oink BBQ provides UK-wide mobile catering services.
- We arrive 24 hours in advance of your event to set up.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the site and any necessary permissions for setup and service.
- Delays due to external conditions (e.g. traffic, weather) are not grounds for cancellation or refund but we will work diligently to resolve any issues.
